Resources (in positively no particular order):

EBay https://www.ebay.com
There are too many resources to mention here and, for me, a lot of my purchases were one time listing! Suffice it to say, when it comes to miniatures, there's a lot of selection on EBay. I definitely feel I should give a shout-out to the man who provided the seconds of crown molding and baseboards, as they were an excellent deal. He's transparent about the fact that some pieces may be wavy, which is why you're getting such a good deal, after all. You'll need to be prepared to nail or glue and shim these pieces if you purchase and want them to adhere so that they'll look their best. I can't guarantee he will always have these listings but I'll provide a link, which shows he does currently maintain similar listings. Just click the link and from there press the VISIT STORE button: https://www.ebay.com/usr/mikeonlake?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2754

EBay UK https://www.ebay.co.uk/
Because my Hobbies house originated in the UK, it made sense that I would find the Hobbies Handbook in its country of origin. I also found many Erna Meyer dolls listed there. They often showed the English listings from German sources as well. Pro Tip: In the UK, they often use the term "dolls house", as opposed to "dollhouse". You may find more success when you search using "dolls houses".

I adore these dolls. I did find some of them on Etsy, but I'll cover that one below. You're in for a bit of a wait ordering from their website as these dolls are made and shipped out of Germany. I'm just one voice out of many here, but they are super, super sweet!

This is a website for G-scale railroad enthusiasts, not dollhouses. I just got lucky by e-mailing them when I saw that some of their doors were closer in size to what I needed, as what I required are not commercially available. Glen offered to help, and boy did that man ever come through for me!

If you're searching for the lineage of your dollhouse, you may find your answer here. I certainly got mine, after too many hours searching on my own, and from the lovely Rebecca Green. But it's a community over there, so you won't be alone!

Also out of the UK, but when two of my battery operated lights didn't work, they replaced them, requiring only a picture as proof of the defects.

As many of you already know, you can go down a rabbit hole here. You'll want so many of these artist made creations! I can only name a few, of which I can vouch for since their items were utilized within my dollhouse.
1. Smallsminnimall made my beautiful plaques
2. Dollhousestuff the little Great Expectations book
3. leatherAA provided the leather scraps I used to embellish my furniture
4. SparklePonyCastle was the source for the clothing rack in the little girl's bedroom
5. melissasminiwereld provided the kit to make the shelf in the parent's bedroom. This is the one coming out of the Netherlands
6. ChildhoodNeverEnd was where I found an Erna Meyer doll
7. Insomesmallwayminis Also out of the UK, Judith makes some amazing pieces. There are quite a number inside my dollhouse!
8. DollhouseWonders JoAnn is a great lady and truly wants to help if she can.

Again, inspiration galore!

It's been many months and I'm almost certainly missing some resources here. I'll return to add them as they come back to me.

For now, I'd like to learn how to needle felt some animals. I'd like to make pets for the dollhouse that look like our own! If I'm unable to master it, there are clearly some very talented artists out there from whom I can purchase!

Happy Miniaturing, All!
